Aromatic herbs of Mediterranean have really good small and taste..i love especially thyme ,mint and basil.We use them very much for food.

They are also very useful for  health.We can use tgem instead of medicine.

According to me aromatic herbs are very special plants.They can be used widely from food industry to cosmetics,chemistry . They give wonderful taste ti meat, chicken ,fish,salads,pasta etc. 

We also use them for recoving from illnesses.For example we use linden,sage,rosemary tea when we get cold.We cant do without them.

In my opinion, aromatic plants are just like any other ordinary plant, but it has a smell and taste much better than other plants, such as grass or a leaf of a tree.
